What makes Sophia’s Baklava different?

In Greece, they call these “baklavadakia” or baklava bites. We have perfected a recipe for baklava bites that you can eat in the morning with coffee, for dessert at night or anytime throughout the day. Baklava bites are also great for family parties and get-togethers. They make the perfect treat.

Besides the superior taste and quality, the “we make it, you bake it” concept for baklava is unique. We prepare the baklava and the honey syrup. The baklava is then placed in the freezer until you are ready to bake it!  (baking instructions)

Once baked, our baklava  tastes fresh, unlike most other baklava that are bought frozen and then thawed out or have been sitting on the store shelves for weeks, filled with preservatives and artificial flavors to increase shelf life.
